I use them when they are the best value. Just have to shop around. A lot of times the parts off toyotapartsdeal.com are less expensive, sometimes it's mylparts.com. Use the CL5 discount on mylparts. But if I were buying lca's, I for sure would not buy on the lexus site. Buy them for the supra on toyota site, much less expensive.

Lexuspartsnow is good. MyLParts is also good. I use the latter. There is also Amayama if you can wait for the part(s) to be delivered from overseas and if the shipping works out. Occasionally something is not available through them and only available through a USA dealer but that's rare to encounter.

Lexuspartsnow is a scam - they didn’t ship everything I ordered, and they lied to PayPal to close my claim against them. I would not recommend them, I would have been better off paying more at my local dealer.

^ I've order thousands of dollars in parts from them and never had an issue. with the current covid issue, I do find that some orders dont ship as fast anymore. when they're out of stock, they let you know and ask if you would like to receive part of the order and the rest will ship later.
