Tein Flex AVS Suspension

Hi guys
im thinking about run Tein Flex Avs Suspension on 2017 is350 F Sport.
i saw this coilover can fit on AVS suspension system?

is anyone has some feedback with this one ?

the shock cap? is that one a motor? is AVS ??
