Default Power steering pump pressure switch, how the f#*K?

See below photo of the power steering pump already removed from my 99 gs400, how the absolute f#@k do I remove the pressure switch? It's not a left hand thread (I have a new pump to go in and the receiving thread is right hand) but for the life of me I cannot get it undone. I have searched and can't find any mention of other people having had problems with this so that leads me to believe I must be missing something obvious....but what?
it shouldn't be impossibly tight should it?

Stick the pump in a vice and just go at it hard with a wrench. It should come off.

Thanks, I did end up clamping it down and basically hanging my body weight on the end of the spanner to get it undone.
New pump is all fitted, no leaks or anything yet.

Cheers,
Julian
