Default rear sway bar end link wont go back in

so, im returning my car to stock, and swapped out the aftermarket sway bar while i had my spring/shock combo off and i cant get the endlinks back in on the lower control arm. they arent hooked up to anything, with the car lifted or on the ground they wont slide back into the spots. I dont remember having any trouble when i put the aftermarket bar on. any help is appreciated.

When I put the bar on mine I recall this being a sticking point too. IDR which way I slid the bushing but I found a wide spot in the lower control arm and tapped it over until it aligned and the bolt went through. It took a couple tries but it did go back.

On that note, why are you putting it back? And what's for sale?

Thank you for that, ill get back under there and hopefully find the way to get them in!!

My dads truck died so im putting it back to stock so he can drive this around. he is definitely a fan of how it rode, but he said he didnt want to break anything with it being lowered =)
um, for sale, i havent made a thread yet, once i get it all together itll be a flat bottom steering wheel, isf ecu, megan rear sway bar, individa mid pipe, obx header, and megan axle back, f-sport lowering springs on kyb shocks with new top hats and bushings.

i think thats all. i have the rr-racing tune also but ill probably leave that alone since he wont know the difference =)
