You asked earlier about measuring cause like mine, your Advics (IS350) caliper was close to the wheel face.
Right now waiting on extended studs and 10mm spacer, the fronts are using 20mm spacer at the moment.
So with the 20mm on, I was able to measure the closest contact point and found that I have 14mm distance, with 10mm spacer it will leave me with 4mm clearance.

Oh, what I meant was measuring how far out the stock caliper went and then the RCF one lol. But it’s fine. Thanks for the info!

All I can say is they stick out an extra 10mm If I add a 10mm spacer it will be the clearance I had before with the Advics.

Follow up

Enjoying the new RCF GSF Brakes on the 3IS for about 2 months.
Stopping good, no problems the adapter from 350phi.com working great. Of course you get the Brembo squeal and brake dust, but I guess that's what washing the car is for.

Am I happy I did it, YES.
Cheaper than most kits on the market and plus side everything is from Toyota/Lexus and NEW.

Awesome to hear feedback.
I like the fact it's all factory parts...with the exception of the brackets of course.

Have you tried a ceramic coat on the rims to help wash the dust of easier?

You're good, yes I did wipe the rims with ceramic coat. But after week of driving, it has that brownish haze building up on the wheels and the calipers don't look as bright.

I wonder if you can get it off and try something different. I saw Turtle Wax came out with some Hybrid products. My be worth a shot.
It might be trial and error to find the product that works for you.

It's normal brake dust. I just wash the car, no problem, besides it's good exercise. I'll take a pic of the wheels next time before I wash the car.
