new wheels fitment

hi guys I have a 2016 is200t and I recently ordered a set of niche m197 wheels. The dimensions are 19x8.5 w/ 35 mm offset for the front and 19x9.5 w/ 35 mm offset for the rear. I am planning on getting ARK performance lowering springs or RSR downs. I was curious if I will have any fitment issues and what tires will be the best fit. Thanks for the help

Wrong section. This is for the 2001 to 2005 first gen IS300.
