Leaky coil over
Thought I smelled tranny fluid so I pulled the lower engine cover and noticed fluid dripping from the lower ball joint. Huh?
So discovered it’s the coil over that’s leaking.
Q: Can the be repaired? It’s the front BC racing coil over.

Drove it yesterday while waiting for the replacement dampener to arrive. Man, talk about wheel hop; thought the wheel was gonna bounce off of the car after the first bump!
Wont be doing that again. She’s on bed rest til I get the replacement parts.

Received and installed the dampeners.
Not too difficult, just pay attention when disassembling and reverse when re-installing.
Of note, while I bought two i only installed one so far.As it should be, the new one is much stiffer (same max settings) when compared to the old which had a 2017 date stamp. Which make me think the dampeners slowly degrades over time and one may not notice.
