I have the Spoon Rigid collars on the front subframe of my IS300 and they DO made a difference. The first surprise is how off the alignment was. Goes to show that even from the factory they don't center the subframes. The second, they make the front seem stiffer/more planted and I noticed steering response is improved. Not as drastic as when I installed poly bushings, but there is a difference I can feel. I can't say if it does anything for the frame/chassis because I don't have a tower brace on my IS yet. I also have to make note that front subframes on IS300s (and 2nd gen GS) are not 'boxed in' like SCs are. They're more like a giant hollow bar with a triangle brace that bolts to the middle of it
