I'm surprised you haven't recieved your plates yet...how many miles do you have on it already? I'm still under 4K after 6 months.

How does the ride feel vs. the stock "euro-tuned suspension"? I have the Bilstein/Eibach/TRD/UGO suspension combo (also installed by Todd) and it handles so much better then the SD setup. The ride is really not that rough either...and the wife doesn't really notice the difference . I do think that the car needs the Tom's lower chassis braces to be more complete (especially for the rear end)....maybe I'll do that next.
I have received my plates, but there was no need to apply them as I'll be switching to my vanity plates soon.

The ride is definitely not as smooth as before, but the sacrifice is certainly worth it. I really have no complaints about the ride now, it's just not what it was before. I agree that more modification -- in the form of bracing -- is probably in my future too...

Yeah, that's what it means. Specifically, it means buy ERTS, the stock. The more you buy, the greater the demand, the more its worth, the more I can sell my shares and options for, the more $$ I have for mods!! So, you see, you'll be helping a fellow CL'er if you buy ERTS. Go buy some today!

My friend at work, who sits right across from me, is a ERTS stockholder. Not a lot of shares but some and he's making a killing.

can you measure the distance between the top of the wheel well and the ground? this whole finger thing just misses the scientific mark

Actually, the correct way to measure suspension height is to measure the center of the wheel to the fender, this eliminates any tire or wheel size factor.

This is the only accurate way that I know of...I don't think anything has changed from ten years ago until today on this

Ummm...so you mean to tell me that if a method is MORE ACCURATE and MORE CONSISTENT as compared to using human digits but because "hardly anyone does it that way anymore" then it's not the best way to measure?

So, mister measuring expert, what do YOU think is the MOST scientific way to measure ride height since you are so quick to offer your "expert" opinion?

One my biggest pet peeves is when someone has to make a comment that neither helps nor offers a better solution. At least contribute a little instead of posting this utterly useless statement. Otherwise, please don't post at all...I will get off my soapbox now.

I apologize for the rant...it's Friday...
