Hi all. I am trying to replace my rear strut/shock on a Lexus Is250 2007 RWD. However the KYB 551132 Strut I got was seems to be a bit longer than the original stock strut I removed, is this normal? (See picture). I couldn't reconnect the control arm back since the new one was a bit longer so I ended up just putting the old ones back and get further help. Did I needed to compress the new strut with a jack to get it to fit with the control arm? Thank you.
