It's probably the dust shield is rubbing on the rotor. I went through it just recently myself.

Take off the wheel, and tighten the lug nuts on the rotor. Afterwards look too see where it's rubbing on the rotor. At this point you can bend the areas with a flat tip screw driver. Remember the lug nuts will bottom out first before actually putting the rotor in the correct mounting spot. So you'll have to bend the shield back slightly further.

For me it took about 2 tries per wheel. Note be aware to look at the outer tie rod bushings. They are really close to the shield. Try not to bend that area too much. Otherwise you risk the bushing boot to melt if it's touching.

Ah OK. Yeah I just cut the area with sheet metal snips to fit. If it's making noise then you'll have to get in there to check if something is not making contact. How about the brake pad hardware. Is it OEM, or aftermarket? They don't sit well, and make contact with the rotor too.

You look at the wheel? Is the caliper hitting the inside of the wheel?

What wheels are on it? Not all fit those calipers.

no the wheel didn't touch the caliper. i solve the issue by sand down the rotor, it too rusty. After sand down i turn it pretty smooth
