Default Steering Rack EVO replacement

Hello, I bought my rack without the EVO unit installed expecting to be able to remove it from my old rack. I however was mistaken and have not been able to get it off.

Anyone ever attempt this? Nothing comes up in the search results. There seems to be a place where I can grab on with a wrench but I only have adjustables that big and after 1 pass I was already beginning to strip the edges.

So for anyone who happens to come across this problem. I had to remove the bracket that was holding the EVO wire to the housing. It is a 5mm hex head. Once you remove that wire to get able to set your wrench in enough to get a good grip to break it lose.
