My first question is BC extreme low or regular coilovers? My goal is to get rid of the fender gap with space for 1 finger or maybe less. I attatched some pics of other builds with a similar ride height to what I am looking for.
My issue is I don't want to go with the extreme lows (2-4" drop?) and be too low or go with the regulars (1-3" drop?) and not be low enough. I do like that the lows come 2" lower out of the box which I think is around the drop I am looking for but I am worried they might settle over time. Am I a noob or will these things settle? LOL.
I plan on getting Work Emotion CR Kiwami's in 18x8.5 F and 18x9.5 R. Which leads me to my next question, what offset should I go for F/R to get a near flush or flush fitment with no rub and no fender mods. I was thinking maybe +30 front and +38 rear.
Also would my stock 225/40/18 and 255/40/18 tires fit these wheel specs?
Is the black car yours? The standard BC should provide plenty of drop and then some. I have the Work CR’s sized 19x8.5 /9.5 respectively in +34/+38 and they sit pretty flush. Lowered on H&R springs for the time being and there is 0 gap. ( I do have FA500 coilovers residing in my garage just waiting to be installed.)
The black car is not mine it is an example of around the drop I am looking for. Could you link a pic of ur fitment I am interested! Also, how close is your front wheel to rubbing on the fender? I think that the 18x8.5 +30 should fit for me up front and I dont think the 18x9.5 +38 should be an issue in the rear,
