Figs Spherical USRS bolt seizure

Hey friends, I'm looking for some tips. Working on my 2010 IS F earlier today, I was installing Figs spherical USRS and the 22mm bolt completely seized in the hole as I was trying to bolt on the new USRS. I was able to muscle it out and I ordered 2 replacement bolts (in the event that I have the same issues on the other side). Any tips/recommendations for tapping this hole? I've never had to tap something like this so I'm a bit nervous. I plan to Helicoil it if tapping proves unsuccessful.
