Default Slight droning noise from front wheels

First thing, this is my first post so thanks everyone in advance. Recently bought a 2016 300 AWD with 25k miles, instantly had to replace tires and get an alignment since it was pretty wonky. Afterwards, at every speed, from ~15-80, I get this very slight droning noise that doesn’t change in frequency or volume no matter the speed, corning/turning doesn’t seem to affect it either, just a constant really low volume, almost like someone is blowing a really low note on a flute shakily in my wheel well. When I first got the car with the really bad alignment the same noise was there but much louder, and only noticeable really at highway speed. The brakes are a little eh as well so I was thinking it might be related, but have never heard that noise before on any car. Any thoughts?
