Default Problem

Umm I dont even know what to do with my brakes. When I went outside for class I rear tire looked flat, but in reality it wasnt. But then I noticed a streak on my rotors and it feels like a grove/scratch. This band goes all the way around the enitre rotor in a perfect circle. Did i wear out my brake pads in the back and cause some damamge to the rotor ? I really havent noticed a braking problem though, but I havent been driving too fast these days. 2 points just recieved for 103mph [summer'03] I dont have time right now to go to Lexus to check this out. But I dont drive everyday so no worries about an accident. Or was the circular band always there ? Both sides have it...... Im so f!@#ng stupid !!!!!

do you hear scretching sound when braking? if so the pads are gone. if you need new rotors, get brembo plain replacment, they are good

damn where did you get the ticket man?

I dont hear any noise actually. But then it might be because I have a stereo system that doest let my ears rest... Lol... I got the ticket somewhere on Highway 5 going home after a weekend in La. Think its was about one hour from La going north to San Francisco. PLain Brembo rotors ? I'll be looking into it.

Thanks

well how deep is the scratch? maybe it's just normal wear?

1 hr away from LA on i5, so that's about grape vine area? before you head downhill and hit the long straight roads right? cops there are pretty bad. time to get v1, it's very useful
