Default Brakes being weird

So whenever I brake coming to a complete stop the force is harder but I’m not even braking that hard it’s been going on since last week anyone know what this could be ? I tried changing my pads and it’s still doing it.

So, what you're saying is you press the brake pedal and the car seems to stop quicker than what you're used to?
