In my opinion, virtually identical to stock. Tanabe cites a 5% increase in stiffness.

IMO the DF210's gives the best drop/stance. I had the NF210's for about 2 weeks - but the overall drop wasn't as low as I was thinking so I went for the DF210's. I was afraid of the drop being too extreme but in the end the drop was perfect. I have seen the DF210's with 20's and 19's and I think they look great both ways.

Here are two pics of my GS430 with the DF210's and 19"

Goodluck with your decision - you can't go wrong either way. Drops are personal preferences anyways.

If you drive with the Sport mode on all the time then the DF210's wont' be much different.

Peace....

I agree with what you are saying here. The NF210's just didn't look like it brought the wheels into the wheelwells enough for it to fill the gap. I struggled with this one because I wanted it to look right but didn't want to sacrifice the feel of the stock ride. With the NF210's I felt I just wouldn't notice the drop visually. On my 2nd gen I had a 2" drop and it worked well so I am pretty confident that the DF's will do me right.

Just got my DF210's in today, paid $169.00.

I went with the S-tech springs from Tein. The ride stayed smoothe, with a clean drop. Can't wait for my 20's.

Anyone know if there would be a problem using the Tanabe NF210's on my GS300 AWD?

Just got my car back from Lexus today after they installed the Tunabe DF210's springs. They had my car for 5 days and were taking care of some warranty issues while it was there. All ticks, rattles and squeaks are all gone now and apparently they fixed a known break pulsing issue that I didn't even notice. I also had them replace bulbs for my fogs, driving lights, and the 198 series with LED's. When I brought the car in I was letting them know that this was the second time I had the car in for cabin noises and pointed out a couple of interior scuffs that their technicians had made in their last attempt in getting the rattles out, "which they took care of and buffed right out". Also the last time they told me that they had to keep my car an extra day because they had damaged one of my chrome wheels. Well the wheel they replaced with the one they damaged had some minor scuff marks on it and it looked like it had a little grindage from a very light scrape on a curb or something. I let my contact know what they did and without hesitation they gave me a brand new wheel.
Needless to say I was very nervous to get my car back because I just didn't want to still have problems or find new ones, but in this case it came out perfect. The only complaint I have is due to the lowering but I will get to that in a second.
As for the lowering, I am personally telling anyone who is contemplating this to just "Do it". I went with the aggressive drop of 2" and it not only looks perfect it rides awesome. It has a more aggressive feel without loosing any comfort in the ride. No additional road noise, no abnormal feel in driving. Honestly compared to my 2 inch drop in my 2nd Gen GS, the 3rd Gen GS seems to have a much better feel than the 2nd Gen did. Now in order for this to be done right things have to be addressed like the VDIM sensors and the AFS leveling functions to keep things within spec for the cars computers. For the 06' 430, lowering the car is really a 4 step process including the alignment job which takes some good tweaking. This is where my only complaint comes in because in order for some of the computer programming to read correctly after the adjustments are made they have to reset the computers loosing any memory settings that you may have had in your car like seats, radio stations, etc... No problem for me, it's just getting me reaquainted with my baby.
It is kind of funny because they really went above and beyond for me and the one time I want to leave some really positive feedback for them they don’t give me a survey card. LOL
Oh yeah, I am the first in Oregon to lower the 06' GS, I was their Guiney Pig. I think they did quite well, nice job.
