R&D for Sustec Pro Five and AWD would be great

I hesitate to lower with Springs because with my front lip my car will
become a snow plow in the winter

Probably no allocation. In MA it's the reverse situation. Most of the
cars are AWD here.

So, does Tanabe USA have another R&D facility outside of Cali?

Maybe around the Midwest area so I can volunteer my car

No offense, but make sure everyone knows that lowering a 3rd Gen GS (even with NF, which I have), causes uneven tire wear. This is due primarily to the lack of rear camber adjustment. The responsible thing to do would be to spend R&D money on producing a camber kit.

The tough part isn't even replacing the tires prematurely, it's the howling that starts after about 4-5,000 miles.

I'm just sayin'...

Seriously, on the East Coast you have to special order RWD because dealership has ONLY AWD. While, on the West Coast its the reverse situation where you hardly get any AWD. This going to be a tough one to find anybody with AWD in So Cal, and than convince them to mod

We put 10K miles on a set of Dunlop Sport Maxx tires with our lowered GS300 and the tire wear was nil. Tires still looked brand new. They became very loud and I changed them but I doubt the suspension had anything to do with it....not after 10K miles. I blamed the poor construction of the tires. We'll see with this second set.
