They are required in CA, but neither of our cars have a front plate on it in last 2 decades.

That's exactly the look I'm looking for on my GS350 07. I have the 18" stock wheels which look nice but probably plan on upgrading to 19 ro 20's down the road. I want a nice subtle drop, because I live in Cali where the roads suck and I have a baby on the way, so nothing to slammed. What do you think about the L-Tuned springs compared to NF210 anyone. I think the L-Tuned only drops the front 1.2 and the back .89. I don't think that's enough.
Cali also has the stupid front license plate law, most cars sold comes DRILLED in which totally sucks. Now i have 2 holes looking for caps for them.

well can't really do that with 21K on them...I'm actually getting ready to order some new wheels (19's) with Bridgestones 960's (??) on them anyway so that really should fill in very nice with the drop.
...I don't notice the ride being to harsh or way different than before...being 6'3 I notice the difference getting in and out of the gs though
I did not install myself, but watched the tech do it...took him about 2 hrs from start to finish....very happy and would recommend others to do it that are on the fence...cost me about $400 or so for the springs and installation
