Default coilovers installed (pics)

after waiting over 3 weeks for Tein's backorder log, i finally got my CS-T's and threw em on yesterday. i put them at about .5" (1/2") lower than my NF210's which i previously had on. if my calculations are correct, i still have at least another 1/2 to 3/4" of drop if needed when i get my rims. heres a couple pics

WITH NF210'S (before Tein's) You can hardly tell in the pics but the Tein's are lower. im sure ill go back in a week or two and "re-adjust" to go lower. didnt want to get too crazy.

Give it a week or so, the springs need time to settle.

white cars are always nice when lowered; almost like they are hovering the street. on the install.

adjusting lower is easy, DIY if i can, anyone can

Clean drop

How is your alignment? Any camber issues with the drop?
My Tein CST should be in soon as well, cant wait to lower it!

Congrats on the clean drop again

You will encounter camber issues once you go lower than stock height. The lower you go, the more negative camber is induced. It's the natural geometry of our suspension. There are no camber kits to correct it unfortunately.

the ride is definately more harsh than my NF's used to be, but that was expected. i actually dont know what setting there on right now, so tomorrow morning ima check it out and mess with em.

im diggin the wheels too. ive always been partial to factory wheels on lowered cars. if the stockers look cool of coarse!! thanks for the input.

i got a name and number from another CL member about a place that could put em on for $150 bucks. the place is called MusicBox in So. El Monte here in So*Cal. He did a good job and will readjust the height/settings for $35 if i ever need to.

ive decided the wheels im gonna get but havent ordered them yet. when i do, apparently it could be 4-8 weeks for them to be made and shipped from Japan. i dont want to give it away, but ive seen a dope LS460L with the same wheels but 22's. never seen a 3GS. def not chrome, i can guarantee that!!

this is def true. i did get more camber when i put the Tein's on, simply because i went lower. i cannot believe no one has made a Camber Kit for this car yet!!! is anyone on here know anyone who can make it??? i mean come on, doesnt it just need to be an adjustable "turnbuckle" type rod with two bearings on the end of it!!?? Some one can fabricate one im sure of it.
