Tein EDFC console mount pictures (and a settings question)
I rcently dropped the car on Teins CST suspension with the EDFC box and I am still playing with the settings. I was wondering what you guys have set your to. I am currently using a set up with the rear shocks are a little stiffer in the rear for better corner exit stability. I am currently going back and fourth between the following 3 set ups. 1. f4 r6 2. f8 r10, and 3. f10 r12. They all feel the same to me in terms of crusing comfort. I just notice that with the higher setting I get a more direct steering feel and less roll in the corners. There is a little more vibration over cracks with the higher settings, but nothing crazy. The funny thing about the tein cst is that it almost feels so comfortable even the stiffest setting wont destroy the ride quality. No wonder so many members have their cars set up with the tein cst all the way down for the lowest drop.

Tein EDFC console mount pictures
I decided to mount the EDFC in the console because valgs350 had to have notch cut out of the A/C duct going to the rear seat. I was going to do the same, but the dude at the shop talked me out of it. In the console the EDFC is hidden as well. I am happy with the mounting point, and level of access I have. The ash tray would have better for direct access and for cooling, but this the EDFC is totally hidden

heres the console from a different angle. All that is used to mount the box to the console is a thick strip of double sided velcro tape. The shop used a little strip of white tape and mounted the box upside down to leave the cooling ducts on the top of the unit exsposed for maximum cooling, but it looked lame and was obviously hard to read. I decided to remount it myself. I went to home depot and found some industrial strength velcro tape and remounted the EDFC as seen here

Very Nice!
Looks great, there alot of places to hide it but I think that and the ashtray are the best, easy to reach but hidden, great!

the ashtray is more accesible, but the console is more under cover. I think they both have benefits. Thanks for the help with the mounting questions Val. I appreciate it man. Thanlks for the compliments guys. I am liking the EDFC and where it is hidden.

I am into the EDFC. With the 3 preset you have with the sytem I dont really adjust by pressing the arrows. I lift the console and press preset 1,2,or 3. With Vals in the ashtray it probably easier if he wants to fine tune with the up and down arrows
