I accidently purchased Tanabe Pro Seven....I was looking for NF210 springs. I have no idea what I did. should I keep it or just sell it and buy nf210...If I keep should I buy TEAS or not? Yesterday I took to my friend who is Mechanic from Volvo and he have no idea what to do..... do I have to take to preformance shop to install it? how difficult is to intall coilover and TEAS? do I have to install coilover and teas together or just install coilover and put TEAS later? I never thought of buying a coilover so never did research on coilovers....

I had tein h techs on my car then changed them out for tein cst coilovers, and I have to say the coilovers is a better ride and totally adjustable. KEEP IT!!!. You wont be sorry

TEAS only adjusts shock damping. It does not adjust ride height. In order to adjust ride height, you have to physically turn the spring seat collars.
