yo b. did the shop align the wheels when the installation was complete? i read in another thread posted by nardeezy that the shop he went to did the alignment as well.

just wanted to know if it's something that's mandatory on their part or something extra (but necessary) on ours.

I had a clunking issue.... I did my own install... I reseated the Rubber spring insulators and applied a little lithium grease to them to allow them to move and not bind if needed. I did not do an alignment.

I had vibrations at first, but that was when it was cold outside. I had a vibration hard enough to lightly jiggle coins in the coin holder. Since weather has been warm.... no vibrations. no nothing.

Weather is getting colder here and I will see if the early morning vibrations in Reverse return. I bet it has to do with cold weather tranny operating temp more than anything.

I have a 2007 GS350 AWD.

I have gs350 awd (2007) and I had this problem since I changed it to NF210.
Vibration when in drive/vibration drive slow/etc...
I did the alignment and I took my Iforged wheel and put stock wheel back on and still have problems.
At winter time when weather is cold I gets worse. I took it to dealer 3-4times and they couldnt find out what the problem was...
I dont know what else to do? change it back to stock?
anyone fixed this problem? anyone?

^^^
like *MKIV98TT* mentioned, i don't think there's a cure unless you go back to stock. i went back to the installer, they checked to see if anything is wrong, but they couldn't figure out the problem either. the shop did mention something about the position of halfshaft or driveshaft.. i'm kinda getting used to vibration though. i rather keep this look than going back to stock..

its pretty much like someone said in this thread. it all depends on the positioning of the half shaft once its lowered. once it goes past a flat horizontal point is when you get the vibrations.

It is apparent that once you go back to the stock spring/height, the vibration ceases.
Im wondering if anyone with AWD lowered with Coilovers tried comparing settings. Does the vibration improve with higher setting?, or worse with the lowest???.

STVincent,
What is your current Tein Coilover setting? Have you tried changing the height setting, and comparing if the vibration changes?
