Default A few Qs about Tein CST

Hey gang!

I've decided to buy coilovers when my wheels arrive (in March ~ April) sigh. I do have a few questions for those with CST.

1. Will I be able to raise the car up to a stock height during winter ? I dont want the car to look like a bulldozer when it starts to snow.

2. Can I avoid going to the shop and instead raise/lower the car myself ?

3. Would I need to get an alignment done again ?

Thanks in advance

1) yes, pretty sure
2) yes, a lot of people do it in garage, easy
3) if you adjust your suspension, technically yes, but it's your call

I would recommend an alignment after the coils and putting on the new wheels

You have to take the wheels off to get the coils right ?

taking off the wheels will make things 10 times easier, but i have seen people doing adjustment without taking off the wheels
