with those wheels + tire size + lowering, i don't think you will rub. 285 in the rear is nice though, i wonder if under full load would you rub in the back
I wonder if under a full load (full tank of gas and 4-5 passengers) the front wheels/tires get damaged during normal driving (uneven pavement situations)? The load rating for 245/30/20 tires is under specification for the GS.
Stormforge, do you get any rubbing when you turn the wheels to the sides? do they rub with the interior fender wall? I have some rubbing issues in the front even with my 19" wheels with 245/40 tires when i turn.

he won't have those rubbing between his overall diameter are stock spec
you have 245/40/19, which is 1" overspec from stock, and it's proven to rub the front and rear part of the front wheel well when you make hard lock turns. it's no biggy
