Post Type of Springs

I was wondering which springs would be better for my gs300 awd, tein s tech or tein h tech??? I don't want to have any fitment problems. The less problems the better. Right now I have 18in rims with 245/40 tires on the car, and I want to make the gaps smaller. Any suggestions?

s-tech drops little more than h-tech.. i was happy w/ the s-tech springs until i decided to go even lower. you shouldn't have any rubbing issues with your wheels, even up to 20s.. this is like a hit or miss, but you might have drivetrain vibration due to design of our AWD cars..
