Cool KSport Coilovers - Mini Review Version 2

2007 GS350
K&N cold air intake
HKS Hi Power exhaust
KSport Kontrol Coilovers
Escort Passport 8500 X50

Finally I installed KSport Coilovers yesterday. Thx to CL member, ek9vboi , his review was great that I had to buy it. Also thx to "Rides low" aka Chris, you kept your promise delivered in time.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/suspension/club...rides-low.html

Installation: Pann Auto(San Diego, Kearny Mesa) $175(install fee).

I lowered about 3" and the front looks slightly lower than rear. I have the dampening set at Hardest setting. After its installation, I went out for a test drive OMG I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT The handling has improved so much better no body rol
ls or anything and Braking is better and quick response. "For the price you pay, worth every penny for a set of coilovers that you drive on EVERYDAY, fully adjustable , and a shock and spring made for going lowww." by ek9vboi. I really truly agree with what he wrote on his post ahahahah

However, I am going to raise its height by .5" or .25" , because I am runninng on 245 40 18 Stock Rim and when I am making a Uphill or downhill turn, I just can not turn my steering wheel all the way or close to because it rubs the fendor(makes noise) I do not like it. My goal is to keep it in VIP not a racer.

After installing coilovers, the AFS OFF started blinking on the dash, so I looked it up on the forum search and I found it was due to incorrect leveling arm position so I am getting it fix tomorrow.

I will post Picture later and the sound clip for the exhaust(HKS Hi Power)

Yea I had a hard time with my driveway too so I had to raise ahahahaha. So far, I have non of issues with this coilovers it is great I love it every time I go drive around especially on the freeway entrance or exit Wow I gotta love it.
Also about the AFS indicator light issue after lowering the car, I took it to the dealership and they fixed it for free, "Customer states the AFS indicator light is on. Please Check and Advise. "B2416-height control sensor. Found sensor installed with armature upside down. Reinstalled AFS height sensor to proper orientation." Thx to Lexus Kearny Mesa, 4970 Kearny Mesa Road San Diego, CA 92111-2407.

No problems here, I do love the handling! I went with Mike's route and set them all on 5 clicks from the hardest setting. Some more minor adjusting and it should be perfect in no time, I'm just lazy!

Been following the forum for awhile and big thanks to all the great info.

I need help, I see that chris @ rides low is taking a break from the forum.

Can online recommend a local store (so cal) or online retailer to purchase coilovers from?

EDIT: 2006 Lexus GS 300

^ there are a few vendors that offer KSport if you check the vendor classifieds. I'm sure they can get you the parts.
