Default Tein S tech springs installed today but...some possible problems

Ok so i got the springs finally installed in the Bronx.

I was there for about 3 hours, stayed watched everything going on, and everything looked like it was going ok.

I get home and 1 engine cover clip is broken and one of the rear mud guard-like thing is hanging off bc the clip is also missing now.

The only possible mechanical problem is this metal grinding sound i sometimes hear from my front driver side wheel when i make a full turn to the left or right. Weird thing is that I don't hear it every time, just occasionally. I looked to check if something was dragging on the ground and nothing.

I don't think rubbing would sound like that and it doesn't look like I am rubbing. Hopefully when im on my concaves i dont rub, but anyway back to the point.

Does anyone have an idea of what is making that grinding/screeching noise??

Update: found out what the screeching noise was...it was the back of the rotor.
