Not with this set up, with my current setup yes. I'm running semi aggressive offset with out of spec tires on coilovers.

I shaved the fenders to get rid of the lip and now I have noticed there are bolts with nuts that point downward towards the tires in the wheel well. Should I shave those down too?

i never touched those myself, they are still as it and i never had any problems. i think if the suspension is compressed by that much, the camber should tuck the wheels in even more

Ok great. I smell rubber when I get out of the car but that's what new tires have always done and I don't hear anything or see any marks on the tire. I wipe down the sidewall everytime to examine them.
