Installed F-Sport Sways Today (Pics)
So, I decided to save myself 400+ dollars that the dealership quoted me to install the F-Sport swaybars on my GS 300 AWD. Install time was approx 2 1/2 hours which was mostly me not being used to working on the car. The front swaybar is kind of a PITA to install on the AWD because I had to drop the subframe. The front took about 2 hours and the rear about 30 minutes.
I'll add more in depth driving impressions when I get more time in the car. I didn't have any real turns to test it out. On the one exit ramp I had to take to get home the car definitely felt flatter and had less body roll. Felt more solid. I was going to install the BC coilovers finally as well, but I ran out of steam. Hopefully, this weekend I'll get them in. I've been avoiding it until the vibration issue was sorted out, but I guess I'll just have to become part of the solution instead of waiting around.
Anyways, here are some pics:

Thanks, I haven't had a good turn to really test the difference yet. I didn't want to go looking for a place to test it out. I was tired and just went home. But, like I said in the first post, I did feel a significant difference on the one turn I had to take on my way home. There was a minivan in front of me going slow on the exit ramp so I couldn't really test it out well.

They don't look uneven to me. I think the angle of the photo is messing with you. The mounts are not the same so their orientation is different.

cool congrats. I miss this mod, it was one of my favorite on my g35.
Let us know how the BC install goes and how it rides. Ive been wanting to do this to my 06 awd but afraid on the wobbling issue.

I'm assuming that it is the top nut on the mount which is on the left side of the picture that you think is uneven? If you're asking my opinion on why I think it is even from the picture, if you look at the lip of the mount, the nut is even with it. Because that mount is vertically oriented with two nuts and the other is horizontally oriented with only one center nut, it gives the illusion of being uneven. If you're asking why I think it is even in general, it is because I looked underneath the car and it is perfectly normal in appearance.
