Default Post Install on Coilovers questions

So im thinking of putting some coilovers in a month, but i want to know what has to be done after the install.. i know that i will get alinement asap, but i am also reading that i should have to toe adjusted correctly.. is this something i would do during the install or get done with the alinement?

also looking at the pictures of the coilover i see they have a setting for hard and soft.. is it that simple to change the setting by just turning that dial, or is it more involved.. also after changing that setting would i have to get the car alined again?

thanks guys for the info!

Damping is usually pretty easy, just turn the *****.

Toe will be takne care of when you get your alignment.

yea during the alignment you want them to adjust the toe. they wont be able to do anything about the camber but having your toe adjusted will help save the life of your tires.

as far as adjusting dampening, its pretty simple and takes about 2 minutes. typically they are on the top of the strut mounts.
