Rear tires rubbing
Anyone else that has lowered their cars have rubbing issues? I get a rub when making right hand turns where there is a rise, such as driveways. I have had the rear fenders rolled and still get it.
Front: 20" x 9 +32 (I think it is) 245/30ZR20
Rear: 20" x 10.5 +45 285/25ZR20

Can you please clarify? Rubbing in the front or the rear? If on the front, is it rubbing on a full lock turn?
I don't have any rubbing issue in any situation but my offsets are more positive than yours.

Oh, sorry guys, I meant to say that the right rear is rubbing and I do have dynamic steering. My guess is that because I am going fairly slow when I make those turns, that the wheels turn more/further?

From what I understand about DRS, the toe angle changes in one direction or the other by 2-3 degrees which is not that much.
I also have 285 tires on the rear, but I have 48mm offset on a 10" wheel. Your combination sits further outboard than mine does.

I have 275 rears with 38 offset and I get a lot of rubbing with any kind of weight in the trunk, I definitely have to get the rear fenders rolled. Can anybody recommend someone to do this in California.

I have 20x10+35 275 and now I have 285 rear tires. I was having the hardest time finding the rubbing issue but I figured it out.
1. Fenders needed to get shaved
2. Inner rear fender liner towards the lip that liner had to get trimmed about 1/2" and where the rear bumper too corner meets the fender that tab had to get pounded in a little.
That fixed all my rubbing issues.

My recommendation to find out where your rub is from is to us white or blue scotch tape. Tape it on the inside fender and on the liner and you see the evidence of tire mark on the tape. There you go and now you know exact where its rubbing and you can resolve it by cutting your fender lip or like (0mghi2u) mention, get it pounded in a little. Do what works for you. I ran a very aggressive offset on my LS460 running 295tire rear and had to cut the fender lip and shave the rear inner bumper and bumper mounting bracket. I got 5.5" rear lip on my 22's. Can't wait to get my new wheels in for my GS-Fsport, suppose to have 4.5" rear lip!

Make sure your fenders are rolled correctly. I have that same setup and no issues with rolled fenders. Is this with passengers or just with you in the car?
Also what TYPE/BRAND tire as the different tread patterns make a difference. I have Nitto Invo which is a rather stylish/squareish tire.
