Anyone change Struts when Lowering?
I'm scheduled to have my GS lowered tomorrow with some RSR downs and the mechanic recommended that I also change the struts. Said it wouldn't cost anymore for labor so I don't believe he's trying to up-sell me.
Is this necessary since the RSR's are only 1-1.4 inch drop? Thanks!

I understand the mechanic in this, I thought the same when I did my solara. It had about 30k miles on it so I figured to do both while all it's apart.
Tokico struts and tein springs.
So it depends on how old your ride is or miles your struts have.
