It would have to be a special order. 08lex450h can provide you with more info on how he got them.
From what I understand, he had Tanabe USA recommend a shop where they can order and ship from Japan.
I went the amazon and ship from Japan route. Luckily I have business with Japan, so I asked a favor.
Where are you in Norcal? If you are close to me then...

I reside in san jose, but yes, definitely looking to get rid of that wheel gap. this seems to be one of the best cost efficient options next to bags, so i'm just really looking to get my hands on these springs and it's a go.

Ok. Here are the steps.
I called Tanabe Japan and asked for that part number. They said they had them and verified the application was for a Gen 3 450h. They then told me they could not sell direct to me and I need to call Tanabe US which is located in CA.
I called Tanabe US and gave them the part number. (That's the only way they will find these springs, part number). They told me, yes that's a Tanabe spring from Japan that we don't have. I asked if they could get it and was told they could. They then told me that I'd have to find a local Tanabe dealer and buy them from there because they cannot sell directly to the public items in which they themselves have to special order. They gave me a list of dealers local to my zip.
I called 3 dealers and explained my situation and informed them all that Tanabe US is on standby waiting for them to call and get "their" dealer price so they could then apply their markup then call me with the marked up price. So they called.
They then called me back and all gave me pricing within $5 of each other but I had to pay taxes and they would not ship them to me, I had to pick them up. They were about $375 after tax.
So I paid the shop I chose, they sent me a "paid in full" email confirmation and told me they'd order them. Delivery time approx 60+ days. I could have them in about 2 weeks for another $115 or so. But since my rims are on back order there's no rush.
Hope this helps.

Just picked up my wheels and springs.
Quick question... How much should I expect to pay to get the springs installed?
Here's the wheels before tires were mounted and balanced. <br >

Ok. Quite an expensive mod.
After lowering the GS with JDM hybrid rated springs, adding staggered 20" wheels and tires, and trying to get an alignment, it has been determined that a rear camber kit is needed because I'm .25" toed in on both rear wheels as well as -2.5° cambered in on the rear wheels.
Factory specs are rear-center toe, rear between -.43° to -.75°.
This car has 2 camber kits that will give me a combined total of -.2° leaving me right within spec. Another $350 for parts, Pann Auto San Diego (Megan Racing), and $150 to install.
Wheels & Tires: Concept One 20x9 & 20x10.5 with Toyo Proxes T1Sport
235-35-20
275-30-20
$2300.00
Tanabe JDM Springs: $375
Spring Installation: $400 including 4-wheel alignment
Megan Racing Rear 4pc Camber Kit: $350
Rear Camber Kit Installtion & Realignment: $150
Now that the rear is straight it hits the rear quarter panel when I hit a bump.... Need to roll fenders....
Fender Rolling Tool: $100
GRAND TOTAL: $3675.00
Ride is VERY stiff. It rode better before the alignment. It rode like stock but a tad stiffer before the alignment.
After the alignment....feels like a low rider for sure. Feels like I'm riding on the bump stops. Pretty FKN rough tbh.
Pictures will come this weekend after I clean it up.
