If you're just doing 1" drop you don't need it but if you're doing 2" then you might gonna need it. Even though I did an 1" drop I'm gonna get the rear camber it so it can be even with the front. Mine front is at -1 and my rear at -1.8. But everything will line back up to factory specs with 1" drop

RSR Downs: Minimal drop, can't speak on ride quality. For the money, the amount of drop doesn't seem worth it to me.
RSR Super downs: Maximum drop on springs but at the expensie of ride quality.
Tanabe NF210: Superb drop, close to stock ride quality (maybe 5% stiffer than stock). Some people have said this setup is bouncy but this is what I'm on now and I don't think it is at all.

Go with the RS-R now for drop I would go with the super down but it depends on what you want to achieve. The tanabe springs are good but I had them and after a little bit once they have settled they become bouncy, I have pruchased new when I had my hybrid and when I had my silver 4th gen gs. Coilovers is the way to go though great ride, I would go with RS-R coilovers.
