Default For those on bags

gonna be installing my air bags soon. Went with airlift 3h and d2 bags/shocks. For those who are already on air - any tips can u give? Running lines, installing height sensors, etc. thanks in advance.

i used all existing oem holes to route my lines..and i ran them along the sideskirts.
i also used split wire loom tubing for extra protection for the air lines..

there are two rubber grommets where the spare sits you can run the drain/fill valve line and filter drain line

i only have the 3p so no height sensors.

for the ignition wire..i ran it towards the drivers side then under the dash there's a 10a fuse i believe labeled "lh-ig" and used the provided "add-a-circuit fuse" adapter to tap into (you can use the inline fuse instead if you want)

the hardest part is setting up the trunk the way you want it...mine is just a basic setup.

everything is easy just like installing coilovers..follow the instructions and you cant go wrong.
i used this guide for removing the suspension https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...all-guide.html

no one helped me with mine so hopefully this helps you a little with yours..
any questions just pm me.

Cool thanks for the tips. So you ran the airlines outside, I was thinking of running it inside along the sides. You got a nice setup there - I use my trunk often so I was thinking of using the spare tire compartment to house everything.

What bags are you using and did you run into any rubbing issues?

you can run the lines inside too..i chose outside because it was easier.

i am using airforce bags. as long as you position the bags right they shouldnt rub.
the guide should have directions on how to position the rear bags.

Installed.... just need fine tuning. Ran the front airlines through the cabin along the side. Ran the power line along the passenger side - tapped the "avs" fuse under the glove box for ignition.

thanks. Wheels are 19x8.5 and 19x10. I forgot the offsets - I think 35/38. 245/275 front and rear tires. Didn't remove any fender liners. However the Front wheels are pushing on the fender liner tabs when air'd down.

maveriCK.. & Nebula,

Can you both PM me what you paid for your setups (or just reply here if you don't mind it being in the open)? I want to do bags so bad but can't figure out what a reasonable price would be. It ranges so much and there is so much information out there.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I will look into those. Did you buy it from a particular shop? Or just pieced it together?

I bought the airlift from local store and suspension from a vendor on here. U can hit up the vendors here for prices and check out bagriders.com.
