Default Help: Raising height of rears coilovers

need help! Bc racing coilovers. All videos online show people lowering the rears but never raising the height of the rears. How exactly do I raise it? I understand getting springs more compressed makes it higher but exactly how do I mess with the two perches? Sounds simple cuz you are supposed to do opposite of lowering but I'm not understanding exactly with out seeing it.

Based on your picture, 2 things need to happen:
The strut is adjustable so that it doesn't hit the bump stop so you can adjust the shock's body position.

the springs perches: You loosen the top perch so the bottom one can move. you'll need to lock both of your wrenches on to each perch to get it loose.

Personally, i think its easier to just take out the spring and adjust it accordingly.

Thanks so if I were to not take out the spring, how would I adjust after the top perch is loose? This is the part I'm not seeing in videos anywhere. Should I just keep turning the bottom perch pushing the spring down?

Adjust shock height first to desired height.

then adjust springs to new height for zero preload in the spring seat.

Thanks again but I don't think I'm going to get the answer I'm looking for on text. I'll need to see it happening on video of actually raising the rears.
