Maximum pressure for air bags?

Default Maximum pressure for air bags?

Running universal air bags aero sport with airlift performance Management. My controller can go up to 200 psi. Is that safe? If not what's the highest I can go without possibly damaging the bags. I mainly would be going high only to clear bumps and steep driveways.

I got d2 bags and they said 200 psi. My fronts are between 75-100. My rears are 95-120 but I need to still adjust them so they don't run as high.

So d2 said they can go up to 200? The highest i went was 160 on the front. However I'm running a lip kit and would like to go higher during times i run into some steep driveways.

Yes sir. Directly from d2 customer service themself - that all their bags are rated up to 200psi.
Would I run them that high - hellz no. I wouldn't even bother going into a driveway if had to air up that much - that's beyond stock height. I'm running a front lip too.

From what I've read on other forums..people have said Zack at UAS says the bags will hold 200psi. But why on earth are you running so much pressure?! My ride height preset is ~75 front and rear. To raise up for rough roads or large speed bumps, the preset is 100psi.
Higher pressure equates to a higher spring rate since you don't run springs...so at that pressure..ride quality has to be terrible. Id keep it between 70-110 and adjust the coilovers accordingly to achieve the ride height you want. Also remember..at some point..the bag quits giving you any lift and you are just increasing the pressure.
Same goes for airing out..I bottom out around 25psi...so that's what my preset is set at. No point in releasing the rest of the air since you're going to have to refill the bag anyways....

Well the system pressures aren't what is necessarily going into the bag. 150,175, and 200 are the 3 pressure settings that the system can run at. Basically it gives you more stored air volume. My last car which was a 4door genesis sedan was initially at 175psi. From sitting on the ground to ride height, the compressors immediately kicked on and it took another minute or so to get all the way to height. Car had a heavy front end. Setting it to 200 max, I was able to go from slammed to ride height without the compressors kicking on. So even if your bags are only rated for 150psi, etc, you can still use any of the higher settings just fine. I have gauges on mine as well and the most id be able to put in any given bag was about 100-120. Its totally dependent on car size, tank rating, and any other things such as water traps. I bought everything to run at 200. If you were driving something small like a IS, id assume it could air up to ride height without compressors kicking on at just 150 psi
