I recently purchased car used & has less than 45k miles . When I drive over bumps or uneven roads there’s this rattling noise that sounds like it’s coming from the back rear. When I also turn there’s this weird deep groan noise that I hear. anyone have any idea what it may be?

Rattling noise might also be your sunroof, just fyi, or a combination of both suspension and sunroof noise.

They checked the sunroof already . That was the first thing .

I have the same rattling noise, minus the "When I also turn there’s this weird deep groan noise that I hear." I had the sun roof rails replaced, still there. need help???

Hmm. I take my car in next Wednesday I’ll mention the sun roof Rails . The deep Groaning noise isn’t all the time when I turn . Just once in a while .

I had this issue when I had coil overs, although different, sounded like your situation. When I drove over bumps it would rattle as if something was loose, have you had the suspension checked or check them yourself for any leaks from the strut very easy to visually inspect.
