Any chance you can loosen everything, then let the lift drop down while everything is loose? Then roll the car back and forth, and tighten everything with the car on its own weight

It doesn’t make any sense to me how springs were never changed and now there is massive difference
perhaps there is difference in springs for normal gas shocks and nematics????

Do you have part numbers for the parts that this "dealer" has installed?

Is your GS 350 an F-Sport? If so, does the AVS (Adaptive Variable Suspension) still work?

Thank you guys
dealer Is still confused
no one has a clue
factory in Japan (where springs made) also has no direct answers.
they said it must settle.
ordered Tanabe already
never expected that kind of surprise from Lexus but well.
thank you all
will send pics once Tanabe installed

swift lowering springs and spc camber
i have a similar problem on a 2019 GS 350f rwd. I changed the springs and camber adjust. had it aligned. I noticed that the right rear tire is a 1/2" forward compared to the left side ,which is centered in the wheel well.
the right side is also stiffer. the height is ok. it might have some bump steer wobble. the alignment shop did not notice it. it has AVS . I cant tell if it works or not. even before the mod.
i did try to loosen everthing and retorque. one more thing , when i jack the rear of the car the wheels both move forward, it seems odd to me. I did all the work myself , I hope i didnt screw it up.
Any suggestions?

I have the same car with AWD. I am having suspension problems and came across some information that stated the ride height sensors needed to be re-calibrated by the dealer. Not sure if that makes any sense but I thought I would pass along in case it is useful.
