I'd post this in the regular GS350 section as you'll get immediate answers. Regardless, I'm interested to see what the problem is here.

Is it just the rear that is up that high? Is it possible the AWD shocks were used? I know the AWD sits higher but unsure if they are interchangeable like that.

Did you work on both sides at the same time? Is there a chance that you installed a LH part on the Right and a RH part on the Left?

Were the suspension parts tightened before the car was on the ground loaded on its own weight?

Rear and front is up now.
all parts are in right places - confirmed today having exact same car standing on the other lift at the dealer.
suspension was tighten up but we’ve loosen bolts after we had that idea to see if it won’t drop, it didn’t.
what is really strange is that we tried to put old shocks back and the car is still up.
thats what is very very confusing to me.

All parts are original (only difference is that new shocks are not gas and oil but just gas) those discontinued. But as I mentioned old shocks were installed and still no difference.
parts (L + R) have not been installed mistakenly and everything in its own place.

Only think I can think of is springs
while waiting for last part springs were loose on the ground
but I’ve never experienced that spring can expand with no pressure to it

Are the springs properly rotated to seat in the spring perch?

Have you tired loosening everything that was changed/replaced or messed with and then lowering the car so it is on its own weight to see if that allows the car to seek normal height?

Is it possible to tighten the inner pivot bolt on the control arm so tight that the weight of the car wouldn't be able to make it move?
