Toe ?

All your toe could be more 0.00. Toe is the main culprit for tire wear.
This seems like they didn't spend too much time getting it perfect but it is within spec.

Nah, camber is the #1 reason why your tires don't last too long. That's why you're supposed to put on a camber kit when you lower the car. Imagine the uneven wear between the inside of the tire to the outside part. I had to buy new tires every couple of years due to negative camber on my old car, which was lowered without a camber kit

With added toe in, for example, you are pointing the fronts of the tires towards the inside of the car but driving straight and this creates a dragging effect. Take a roll of tape, add toe in, and try to roll it straight ahead. You're essentially scrubbing that tire like sandpaper. You usually see the inside part of the tire scrub faster because you usually have some degree of negative camber mixed with toe in which will scrub the inside first.

Well that's why when you go get the tires aligned, they adjust both the toe and the camber to spec. But the camber can't be adjusted to spec if you don't have a camber kit and they'll try to get it as close to spec as possible. And that's what they did if you look at the attachment. The shop aligned the toes as much as possible to close to 0 degree. Ultimately in this case and my case, the camber wear is the one that kills the tires (with regular alignment, rotation, etc)

I can't say this enough.. Bring the exact Lexus Manual alignment figures and get it set to that. If they use the machine chart and 'center in the green' then the toe will not be at its best setting.
