Oscillating Vibration at 75+
I have a 2016 GS200t F-Sport with 57k miles. About two months ago I started feeling this odd vibration I've never felt in a car. At 70-74 you can slightly feel it, 75+ you can feel it and so can passengers. I don't notice it in my steering wheel, I feel it in my seat but really if I have my left knee resting on the door panel. The vibration feels as if it's coming from the front, and it oscillates... or comes and goes. I will feel it for about a second and a half, it will go away for same amount of time and then return. At the beginning of November, I got new yokohama tires installed and the vibration still persists.
I do have a vibration when braking at higher speeds, I know this could be causing it, but since I'm not feeling it in the steering wheel I feel it could be due to something else. I am going to be putting new pads and rotors on front.. once again, not fully confident this will fix what I'm feeling.
Has anybody else experienced this? I see lots of threads about 70+ mph vibrations, but not any where the described vibration comes and goes in what feels like an oscillating pattern.
Thanks in advance.

Normally when you feel vibration in your seat the problem is caused by a rear tire being out of balance or worse.
Just saw you have new tires, that may be related. Try driving close to a solid wall late at night when it is quiet. Any noise will bounce off the wall back to you with your window down. Just reread your post. New tires, check psi in all tires & make sure they are at factory spec.
