Default Rear Sway Bar Install - 9hrs?

I was just quoted 9hrs for a rear sway bar installation for my vehicle. Apparently the rear subframe has to come off for this? Does anyone have any further information that might help.

EDIT: Followed up with Lexus and they quoted 9hrs on a AWD. Subframe has to be dropped to install sway bar.
