Default 120K Service

My ‘14 GS350 AWD is going in for 120K service next week. However, the only thing I really want to know about is the condition of the suspension components(struts, control arms, ball joints…etc). When I purchased the vehicle around 20k ago, Lexus flushed the tranny and did new brakes all around. My question is, realistically, what should I be paying for 4 new shocks/struts? The vehicle was one owner before me (all Lexus Dealer maintained) and they didn’t replace any suspension. I am afraid at 120K I will need to do struts soon. Any insight will help?
