Lexus TX vs Acura MDX: How Do These Crossovers Stack Up?

The three-row crossover market continues to heat up.

The TX has a larger cargo area and better third row, the infotainment system and interface is better (The MDX doesn't have a touch screen). The MDX does come with a V6 which beats the base turbo four in refinement. But the TX is bigger, more practical, better fuel economy (especially the hybrid options) and an actual touch screen. The only major knock is the turbo four in the base trims which can sound quite unrefined but for me that's not a huge flaw.

MDX is really a class smaller and should be compared to the RX.

I know it's not exactly fair... but when I look at X7 and GLS the TX is much cheaper. But when I compare the TX to the Grand Highlander I find it hard to justify the premium also.
