Since our 2024 TX is my wife's vehicle. She forwarded this email below that I took a snapshot of that suppose to be from our Lexus dealer.
I make the appointments for all our vehicles, so this is not unusual for her to do this. Fortunately, I didn't click on anything, but called Lexus Service to make an appointment since I wanted a loaner and get my first oil change done. Lexus Service told me that they haven't received the parts for this yet and didn't send out any emails about the recall. She also said I should receive a letter to inform me when the parts are available to make an appointment. The person on the phone also said that I'm not the first customer called about this email.
