Default Radio cutting out

I have a 23 UX. My radio frequently cuts out & tries to connect to Apple Car play, then either goes back to radio or I have to manually switch it back. It does it on radio & SiriusXM. Sometimes, I have no problem with other times it does over & over. Dealership had it 5 days said it never happened to them. One day it cut out over 130 times in 20 minutes. Went back to dealer they discontinued my phone connected their own and it stopped. Then reconnected my phone it started again. They basically said it my phone not the car. They said it was weird their suggested were, I get new phone or turn my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi off on my, My phone e is a 13, so it’s not old.
Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

Have you tried a friends or family members phone to see what happens?

My car the first time five days it’s a guy said it never cut out for him. When I took it back the second time doing it a lot he was doing on my phone. The saleman and two technicians were out there watching it do it over and over. Way to tell if it was my phone or the car was to disconnect my phone and hook one of theirs up. Then was doing it over and over. They disconnected my phone. Then tge salesman hooked his phone up, It stopped. As soon as they hooked my phone back up, it started again.

I understand it’s frustrating to have a new car and then this is happening. You had the car twice at the dealer and I imagine they then connected several of their phones to it without being able to replicate the issue.

However when they connected your phone it started again. That’s why I suggested to connect some of your friends, family, neighbors iPhones to see it it happens with theirs too. if it doesn’t then the issue is with your phone. If you can produce more phones that this issue happens with, you have more of a leg to stand on to go back to the dealer and demand a fix.
