remove dashboard

Does anyone know of a source for step by step instructions for removing dashboard ux250h?
or need to remove air conditioner on center.
PS Please do not tell me to go to a dealer.
I INSTRUCTIONS or ViDEOS.

I was going to post this video too. It helped me remove the switch set for the heated seats. In the video he also removes the AC controls above the CD player.
